Philip (Phil) Jon Good, age 54, of Ball Ground, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2009 at Northside Hospital Atlanta. He was employed as a Field Service Engineer with Siemen's for 35 years, a nascar driver and head baseball coach of the 12U East Cobb White Sox. He was a loving husband, father and brother.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2009, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Lorraine Good, Ball Ground; son, Jacob Good, Ball Ground; daughters, Sarah and Rachel Good, Ball Ground; mother, Donita Kennedy, Panama City, FL; brothers, Larry Gear, Flowery Branch, Dr. Michael Good, Marietta; sisters, LaRue King, Kennesaw, Amanda Robinson, Villa Rica; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 2:30 until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the 12U East Cobb White Sox, 200 Longleaf Ct., Canton, GA 30114.
