PERRY, John P., Jr., 69, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, November 19, 2009 at the Hosparus Inpatient Unit.
He was a retired financial advisor, a graduate of Butler High School Class of 1958, and a member of the Masters Men's Choir of Southeast Christian Church and a U. S. Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Letitisha "Tish" Paschal Perry; children, Angela Helton (Jim), Debbie Brown (Mike) and John D. Perry; grandchildren, Shelly, Charles, Danielle, Patrick, Philip, and Russell.
His funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road. Visitation will be 1 – 8 P.M. Friday and 9:30 until service time on Saturday. Cremation was chosen to follow the funeral service.
The family has requested no flowers, please. Donations may be made to the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in his memory.
